6 Months Customer Service Associate - 5.5 days Office hours
Receive physical samples at the counter or delivery point, ensuring proper labelling and adherence to chain-of-custody requirements.
Check accompanying forms for completeness and accuracy before acceptance.
Enter sample details into the tracking system and assign appropriate codes or barcodes.
Ensure samples are stored or transferred according to temperature, safety, and handling protocols.
Communicate promptly with relevant departments for urgent or priority samples.
Requirements
Possess at least a Nitec in any field
Prior Customer Service experience is an advantage
Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
