Customer Service Executive
Location: Macpherson
Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday, 9.00AM to 6.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,900 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits ($300/Month)

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and emails, providing basic product and order information.
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and delivery documents accurately.
Support order processing and monitor delivery timelines.
Assist the Sales Team with administrative tasks, including document checks and reports.
Coordinate with logistics teams to support delivery and installation arrangements.
Maintain organized sales records and update CRM systems.
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Levels or equivalent
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or admin roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
No experience welcome too, training provided!
