Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally, serving as the first point of contact for families
Coordinate support between clients and funeral directors
Support the team in maintaining service excellence across all client touchpoints
Perform basic administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as required
We are looking for someone who…
Is empathetic, calm, and respectful with clients
Communicates clearly and is comfortable in client-facing roles
Is organised, reliable, and follows through on tasks
Has basic proficiency in Word and Excel
Has customer service or call centre experience (preferred)
Can converse in English, Chinese, and dialects (preferred)
