Customer Support Specialist (Packaging Material/EAST & WEST) #HFT
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on redressing instructions and packaging requirements.
* Review, clarify, and validate client requests to ensure feasibility and compliance.
* Prepare mock-ups, draft proposals, and support clients through the approval process.
* Manager client accounts by tracking deliverables, timelines, and documentation.
* Draft clear, accurate Redressing Instructions (RI) for production use.
* Work closely with the production team to assess feasibility of redressing activities.
* Coordinate changes, updates, and maintain version control for RIs.
* Assist production in troubleshooting redressing issues and providing clarification.
* Liaise with production, QA, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of redressing operations.
* Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation related to packaging material activities.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in packaging, supply chain, production coordination, or account management role.
