Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to all customers enquiries via all modes of communication
• Plan events with attention to details, requirements and limitations
• Work closely with all departments including Outlet, Security and Marketing team to ensure success.
• Understands each venues characteristics and amenities
• Understand each department’s SOP/rubrics and offerings
• Coordinate and oversee all outlet/events operations, including pre and post.
• Prepare program/event rundowns for all stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve immediately when necessary
• Produce and maintain venues hire decks and related documents such as service contracts, sales and cost breakdown as well as database
• Review quotes and spending, revising quoted figures accordingly when necessary
• Analyse program/event performance and feedback to identify areas of improvement and expansion
• Post-event client management/service recovery when required
• Other ad-hoc duties as required, applicable across all regions.
Min Diploma with Customer Service/Hospitality/Service experience
