Job Description

Family Personal Assistant (Travelling Required)


Location : Singapore | Overseas Travelling Required


Working hours : 11am to 7pm (Flexible) | Monday to Friday (Overtime required as per Boss’s schedule – OT payable)


Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Travel Allowance / Expenses* + Overtime Salary + Free Time Off*


Duration : Permanent


Industry : Conglomerate Family Office




Main Responsibilities:


Provide real-time support to travelling executives, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups across time zones.


Arrange international and domestic travel, itineraries, and logistics.


Handle confidential documents, emails, and correspondence with absolute discretion.


Assist with household and personal tasks, including home maintenance, individual appointments, and errands.


Support family office administration and light project work.




Requirements:


Prior PA / secretarial experience preferred, with strong organisation skills, proactiveness, and the ability to manage shifting priorities while remaining calm and polished under pressure.


Reliable, discreet, and service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the flexibility to support across different time zones.


Able to handle meal coordination and bookings with attention to halal requirements where needed
