Location: East (Shuttle bus from Tanah Merah MRT)
Salary: Up to $2,500 (Depending on experience) + AWS + VB
Work Week: 5 Days (Rotating shifts, including weekends/PH)
The Job
Guest Relations: Handle enquiries and reservations via telephone or walk-ins.
Check-in/out: Ensure a seamless and smooth process for members and guests.
Financials: Collect rental payments and reconcile daily revenue reports.
Administrative: Generate daily check-in lists for security and housekeeping.
Lost & Found: Record and follow up on any items left behind by guests.
Operations: Manage stationery supplies and submit monthly equipment records.
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar field.
Customer-service oriented with high integrity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to perform shift duties.
