Customer Service Officer (5 days / Up to 2.7k) JL52
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries, quotation, and ordering.
Prepare quotations and invoices.
Forward sales enquiries to superior.
Answer telephone calls.
Process orders using AutoCount system, from purchase to delivery to fulfill customer orders.
Manager inventory and stock count.
Coordination work with suppliers and customers.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing or relevant field.
1-2 years of customer service or marketing experience
Knowledge of AutoCount system will be an advantage
