Key Responsibilities:


Assist in the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and handling patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Support our healthcare professionals by preparing examination rooms, assisting with basic procedures, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.

Manage patient records with confidentiality and accuracy, updating and maintaining electronic and paper records as required.

Handle billing and cashiering duties, ensuring transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.

Provide patients with information regarding clinic services, health packages, and general assistance.

Requirements:


Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with patients and team members.

Prior experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Proficiency in basic computer operations and office software.

A compassionate, patient-centric approach with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends.
