Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage inventory accuracy, monitor stock levels, and support overall inventory control processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse and production operations through effective coordination and adherence to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records in Sage system
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation between physical stock and system records
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and variances
Monitor inventory aging, slow-moving, and obsolete items and report accordingly
Monitor stock levels to ensure availability for production and customer demand
Support MRP activities including safety stock review, Manufacturing Orders (MO), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and replenishment planning
Track incoming and outgoing materials to ensure accurate and timely system updates
Ensure proper handling of goods receiving, issuing, and return processes
Enforce FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices where applicable
Plan and execute cycle counts and annual stock take activities
Prepare variance analysis and corrective action reports
Support internal and external audits by providing inventory data and documentation
Prepare inventory reports, stock movement analysis, and related documentation
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of materials in accordance with SOPs
Maintain accurate filing of inventory records and supporting documents
Ensure finished goods are replenished promptly when stock falls below minimum levels and delivered as per required timeline
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations
Good understanding of inventory control principles (e.g. FIFO, stock accuracy, stock movement)
Experience with ERP / WMS systems (e.g. Sage) will be an advantage
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Working Location: Kranji, North Region (Company Transport Provided)
