Our Client is in the financial services industry, seeking for a 1 Year Contract Customer Service Associate.
Job Description:
Handle emails and phone calls enquiries such as account opening and general transaction-related enquires
Deliver excellent customer service, provide prompt and accurate advice to clients/advisors with the aim of achieving first call resolution
To make following up calls/emails on account opening applications, transfer requests, and 3rd party payment matters
Call verification to update client details, form amendments and reset password for accounts etc.
Attend to walk-in (office hours) at the service counter
Work closely with various departments and other CS team members
Requirements:
Min. Diploma/Degree with at least 1 year experience in customer service role within a financial institution
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Able to start work within short notice
