Position: General Insurance Account Servicing / Customer Service

Location: Chinatown (About 8 minutes’ walk from MRT)

Working Hours: 5 days, office hours - 1 day WFH per week

Salary: Up to S$5,000, commensurate with experience

• This is not an Insurance Agent role

• This is an Account Servicing / Customer Service position within an insurance solutions company

• No sales target

• Ex-Insurance Agents are welcome to apply

• Established company in Singapore with a strong client base

• Company handles mainly office and motor insurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, service, and develop an assigned insurance portfolio

• Provide strong administrative and customer service support to clients for general insurance products

• Build value-added relationships with clients and leads, and serve as a trusted advisor

• Participate in discussions to improve company processes and product offerings

• Provide support for other day-to-day administrative and operational duties when required

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the insurance industry

• Certificate of General Insurance (CGI) / Certification on Health Insurance is required

• Candidates without the certification must be willing to take the exam

• Exam fees will be fully sponsored by the company

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who communicate primarily in Mandarin
