Customer Service Coordinator (Order Management / ERP / Manufacturing)
Location : North East – Tai Seng Drive
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,700 + Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Process purchase orders within KPI and turnaround timelines
Verify pricing accuracy and ensure quote alignment before order processing
Issue PO acknowledgements to customers and escalate pricing discrepancies
Coordinate with Quotation, Production, and Engineering teams on order updates
Update shipment/job order details in ERP system and handle data entry support
Track KPIs such as PO processing time and sales bookings, and prepare progress updates
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing / operations
Familiar with manufacturing processes, supply chain flow, and quality systems such as FA, RMA, and ECN
