The Opportunity: Customer Service (Mall | Shift | Up to $2700)
Permanent role | Central
Working hours: 10am to 7.30pm or 12pm to 9.30pm (rotating shift)
5 days work week (include weekend/PH)
Our client is a leading property developer in Singapore and they provides a wide portfolio of products for consumers and businesses. They are looking for a Customer Service Officer who will help to manage the mall's information counter and handle enquiries.
The Job:
Managing the customer service counter
Handling enquiries from shoppers/tenants
Assisting with redemption campaigns and restocking of inventory
The Talent:
Minimum 1-2 years of frontline customer service experience/retail/F&B
Good communication skills
