Customer Service Executive Required in Singapore


Job Description

Adecco is partnering with a global leader in the semiconductor industry, supporting major technology companies worldwide with advanced manufacturing and supply chain capabilities, and we are seeking to hire a Senior Customer Service Executive for the business! The successful incumbent will manage day-to-day customer interactions following order confirmation, ensuring service quality and timely resolution of enquiries or issues. Additionally, to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support order fulfilment, maintain customer satisfaction, and communicate customer requirements effectively within the organization.


Full-time, permanent opportunity

Work hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm

The Job:


Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring timely resolution of enquiries.

Support quotation, order management, and customer account activities by coordinating closely with internal operations, finance, and commercial teams.

Maintain and update pricing, product, and order information within internal systems to ensure data accuracy and smooth order processing.

Work with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues related to orders, pricing discrepancies, billing matters, or delivery commitments.

Review customer demand forecasts and order commitments, coordinating internally to support production planning and service delivery.

Prepare reports to support customer discussions and account reviews.

Manage customer escalations related to orders, delivery timelines, or operational issues and ensure timely follow-up.



The Talent:



Minimum 5 years of experience in customer operations, account management support, order management, or inside sales within a manufacturing environment.

Experience supporting global customers and cross-functional teams will be advantageous.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
