Customer Service / Sales Support Executive


Job Description


Adecco is partnering with a global industrial company, and we are hiring for a Customer Service / Sales Support Executive to support the business in Singapore. This role will manage RFQ handling, order processing, shipment coordination, invoicing, and backend commercial support. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and high service standards across the business.



Full-time, permanent opportunity

Location: West region

Candidates able to start on short notice is highly advantageous

The Job:


Handle RFQs, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and related documentation

Support end-to-end order processing, shipment coordination, and customer delivery execution

Respond to customer enquiries, provide product information, and resolve feedback or issues promptly

Liaise with internal teams, external parties, and customer ERP portals to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Prepare monthly reports, revenue listings, invoice submissions, and maintain stock inventory records

Support backend administrative work for the commercial, service, and marketing teams

Coordinate with HQ and APAC stakeholders on operational matters

The Talent:


Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or commercial operations

Experience in industrial, engineering,or manufacturing environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities

Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting both customer-facing and backend operational activities

Candidates able to start on short notice is highly advantageous
