Customer Service Executive (SG Only/CS Exp in 3PL industry/Bonus)

Location: East / West

Responsibilities:


• To work closely with operations team in area of inbound, outbound and inventory related tasks..

• To perform cycle count administration and general administration support to the operations team.

• To coordinate with forwarder / transporter in the arrangement of inbound and outbound shipments.


• To ensure that customer’s inbound and outbound shipments are coordinated / transacted as per procedures / work instructions


• To ensure that working documents are progressed and archived with proper recording / filing system

• To ensure the timely and accurate administration / transaction of inbound and outbound shipments and as per internal / external KPI requirements.

• To compile and submit routine operations data as per instructed.


Requirements


At Least 1 year's experience as Warehouse Customer Service in 3PL industry


Familiar with MS Office, WMS, SAP


Comfortable to perform OT when required
