Customer Service Executive (Air Freight / Logistics)
Location : Changi Cargo (direct bus from Tampines East or Pasir Ris)
Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm, Alternate Saturday 9am-1pm after probation Salary(commensurate on experience) : Up to $3800 + Performance Bonus + 12 days Annual leave

Main Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for customers on airfreight inquiries
Coordinate closely with customers on shipment requirements and updates
Prepare and provide accurate quotations based on customer requests
Follow up on quotations and support conversion to confirmed bookings
Liaise with internal teams (operations, warehouse, accounts) for smooth execution
Assist SOE in handling daily sales support and customer servicing tasks
Monitor and update customers on shipment status when required
Maintain proper records of quotations and customer communications
Support ad-hoc duties assigned by SOE
Requirements:
Minimum ITE/Diploma in related field.
1–2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding is preferred. Entry-level candidates with relevant exposure are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of airfreight processes and terminology
Experience in quotation handling / customer service in freight industry is preferred
