We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join a Beauty/Wellness company based in Serangoon, conveniently located within walking distance from Kovan MRT. This is a permanent position working five days on a rotational schedule (Mon–Fri: 11:00am–9:00pm; Sat/Sun/PH: 10:00am–6:00pm). The role offers a basic salary with commission and allowance, providing attractive earning potential in a dynamic, customer-focused setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct outbound calls to engage customers and secure service appointments.
• Deliver attentive customer service by responding to enquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
• Manage front desk responsibilities, including welcoming customers and handling reception tasks.
• Follow up with reminder calls to confirm upcoming bookings.
• Process invoices and manage payment transactions accurately.
• Prepare daily sales reconciliation and generate end-of-day reports.
• Support additional operational duties as assigned by management.
