Adecco is partnering with an established global organisation within the industrial and manufacturing sector, seeking a Customer Service / Order Processing to support daily operations across customer service, order processing, and administrative functions.
Role Details:
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Central Region
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + AWS (1.5 months) + Performance Bonus
The Job:
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment
Handle customer enquiries, returns, and issue resolution
Coordinate with warehouse on delivery schedules and dispatch
Support invoicing, accounts payable/receivable processes
Maintain records, documentation, and general office administration
Assist with preparation of business correspondence and agreements
The Talent:
2-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative roles
Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a small team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
