GOVERNMENT ROLE - Temporary Customer Service Officer
Location: Near Toa Payoh MRT
Duration: Jun 2026 – 31 Jan 2027 (tentative start/end dates)
Salary: Up to $2,640 (calculated at an hourly rate of $15.00/ hour)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
8:30am – 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
8 hours per day, on-site only
Job Scope:
Attend to enquiries and assist property agents and agencies over the counter by appointment
Handle customer enquiries and designated hotline calls professionally
Make outbound reminder calls and conduct phone surveys with stakeholders
Perform administrative duties such as filing, document disposal, data entry, case monitoring, and statistical updates
Assist with other ad-hoc operational and administrative duties assigned by the team
Requirements:
Diploma holder (preferably with LESS THAN 3 years working experience)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Patient, customer-focused, and comfortable handling diverse stakeholders
Able to work independently and in a team
