Customer Service Executive


Job Description

Provide administrative and customer service support to the team and Key Account Managers.


Prepare and submit government tenders.


Handle customer enquiries on products, pricing, quotations, order status, and delivery timelines.


Process customer purchase orders (POs) and generate relevant sales reports.


Verify pricing and commercial terms before order confirmation and processing.


Coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery of orders.


Follow up with local customers on enquiries, order updates, and delivery arrangements.


Liaise with Purchasing for procurement arrangements when required.


Prepare quotations in line with company policies and guidelines.


Support general departmental administrative duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by management.


Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours


Requirements:


Min Dip/ Deg in relevant field of studies


Min 3-5 years of relevant experience


Proficient in SAP-ERP system
