Responsibilities:
· Manage documentation (quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders)
Ensure proper packing of goods for delivery/export
Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries
· Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Monitor stock movement
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales/customer service/sales support
· Proficient in Accpac and MS Office
· Self-driven, independent, and able to multitask
· Technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts
· Professional Certificate/Diploma or related field
