Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and contribute to overall customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma in any field
Candidates with strong customer service / call centre / live-chat experiences would be advantageous!
