Customer Service Officer (Enrichment Centre)
Location: Tampines/ Toa Payoh
Working hours : 44 hours per week, 5 days per week (4-weekdays: 12:30pm to 9:30pm + 1-weekend Saturday/Sunday: 8:30am to 6:30pm (Rostered based on centre operational needs)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + Medical/ Dental Benefit

Main Responsibilities:
Attend to parent and student enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins professionally.
Explain courses, programmes, teaching approach and enrolment details to customers.
Support course promotion, customer relationship management and sales transactions.
Arrange replacement lessons, appointments, centre inventory and daily administrative duties.
Maintain accurate customer records and support smooth daily centre operations.
Assist with centre administration and deployment across centres when required.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE A Level / Diploma qualification.
At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in education or enrichment centres.
Proficient in MacBook and G-Suite, including Gmail, Drive, Docs and Sheets.
Able to work on a 5-day roster, including weekends, based on centre operational needs.
Service-oriented, detail-minded, professional and willing to be trained in company SOPs.
Open to deployment across centres when required by business operations
