Customer Service Officers / Executives (MNC / Airport):

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries, feedback, compliments, and complaints through email, online platforms, and customer feedback channels.
Provide prompt, professional, and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to enhance their overall experience.
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
Monitor and support the customer journey across various touchpoints, including on-site, online, social media, and delivery-related interactions.
Handle service recovery cases and ensure a positive outcome for customers.
Analyse customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service standards and customer satisfaction.
Build strong customer relationships through personalised and attentive service.
Support ongoing customer experience initiatives and other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Customer Service, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, customer experience, retail, hospitality, or a similar role.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, resourceful, and able to handle challenging situations professionally.
