We are hiring under Recruit Express :The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for promoting cord blood banking services, handling client enquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves engaging with customers, providing accurate service information, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout their journey.

You will also support lead follow-ups and client retention efforts while working closely with the team to achieve service and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote cord blood banking services to prospective and existing clients

• Handle client enquiries and provide professional service information

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Support lead follow-up and customer retention activities

• Assist with coordination of client communications and processes

Qualifications

• Min. Degree/Diploma in any discipline

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good negotiation and client engagement abilities

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
