Supervisor (Fulfilment From Store) – FairPrice Hub
*For new stores, successful candidates will be attached to another outlet for training before transferring back when the new store opens.
Working Hours:
6-day work week (including weekends and public holidays)
Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:20 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:20 PM
*Off days and shifts are roster-based - Cannot Choose
Retail Assistant / Cashier / Lottery - Gross Salary: Up to $2,636/month
Basic: $2,410
AWS Allowance: $201
Flexi Benefits: $25
Responsibilities
Replenish and display products
Operate POS and handle payments (Cashier/Lottery)
Sell betting products (Lottery)
Provide customer service
Maintain store cleanliness and assist with stock handling
Requirements
Able to lift up to 10kg and climb ladders
Service-oriented and a team player
Able to read and understand product labels
Supervisor (Fulfilment From Store) - Gross Salary: From $3,194/month
*Higher salary for candidates with relevant supervisory experience.
Basic: From $2,925

Responsibilities
Supervise online grocery order fulfilment operations
Lead and schedule the fulfilment team
Monitor inventory and stock movement
Handle customer enquiries
Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with SOPs
Requirements
Diploma / A-Level / Higher NITEC, or O-Level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
Able to lift up to 20kg
Good leadership and communication skills
