Job Scope:
• Handle and resolve customer queries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins
• Log all interactions accurately into the CRM system
• Proactively escalate query trends/issues to team leads and follow up on resolutions
• Assist in processing/invoicing spare part orders and inventory management
• Prepare weekly and monthly customer service reports
