Join a supply chain organization as a Customer Service Specialist based in Tampines, with transport provided. This 6-month contract role runs on a 5-day Monday to Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm, offering a basic salary package and a structured weekday work arrangement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment from order receipt through to delivery.
- Respond to customer enquiries, order requests, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate customer complaints, resolve issues where possible, and escalate matters promptly to Seniors and the Regulatory & QSHE team when needed.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to monitor delivery progress and provide customers with clear updates.
- Prepare and manage documents such as certificates of analysis, certificates of compliance, and inspection status records.
- Maintain sales data, customer contact details, reports, and other related information.
- Organize and upkeep filing systems to ensure work documents are easy to retrieve.
- Recommend improvements to management systems to support smoother work processes.
- Support other assigned tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support.
- Strong communication skills for handling customer interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
