5 days work week (Office Hour) - Hybrid working available
Location: Central
Salary up $5,000 - $8,000 (Depending on Exp)
1 year contract (Convert to Perm subjected to performance)

Duties:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Conduct regular engagement sessions to understand business needs and service utilisation.
Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Work closely with internal teams to address customer requirements and resolve issues.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.
Conduct benchmarking of technology, cloud, digital infrastructure, and related service offerings.
Analyse pricing models and competitive positioning.
Provide market insights and recommendations to support business strategy and planning.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic collaborations. (
Develop compelling value propositions and business cases.
Contribute to customer acquisition, retention, and growth strategies.
Support revenue generation and business expansion initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in business development, account management, partnerships, consulting, strategic planning, technology ecosystems, or related functions.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives independently.
Experience in developing partnerships and business opportunities will be advantageous.
Candidates with exposure with Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI, Digital Infrastructure, Data Platforms and Research & Development Ecosystems will be advantageous.
