The Opportunity: Production Supervisor (Manufacturing, West, Shift)
You will be joining a Singapore-based innovator in LiDAR and advanced sensor solutions for autonomous and robotic technologies.
Working hours: Mon to Fri, rotating shifts. For two-shifts: 9am to 9pm; In the future, it may be adjusted to a three-shift: 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, 11pm to 7am.
The Job:
Implement production schedules, allocate manpower and equipment resources effectively, ensure timely completion of production tasks, and continuously improve production efficiency and first-pass yield.
Monitor production processes, guide employees in standardized operations, enforce self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized quality checks; promptly report, analyze, and rectify production abnormalities and quality issues to prevent nonconforming products from entering subsequent processes.
Promote 6S management and production site standardization to ensure a clean, orderly, and safe workplace; support lean manufacturing initiatives by optimizing production layouts and management processes.
Responsible for employee training, skill development, and daily performance management within the team; monitor employee work status, enforce labor discipline, and foster a high-performing and stable production team.
Organize routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair activities to ensure stable equipment performance; implement safety management policies, conduct safety training and inspections, and eliminate potential hazards.
Proficient in using MES, ERP, and related systems for production data entry, tracking, and reporting, supporting production decision-making and efficiency analysis.
The Talent:
Min Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Quality, or related disciplines preferred.
Over 3 years of production management experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Familiar with electronic manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and basic lean manufacturing tools; proficient in Excel, Word, and production management systems such as MES and ERP.
