Job Description

Customer Service Officer


Location: Ang Mo Kio (Few bus stops from Yio Chu Kang MRT)


Working hours: 5 days’ work week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm


Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4200 + Bonus + 14 days annual leave


Duration: 1 year contract subject to renewable or conversion


Industry: Semiconductor & Electronic




Main Responsibilities:


Provide customer support to corporate customers, including end-to-end management of orders and requests.


Respond promptly to customer enquiries, including requests for quotations, service support and documentation.


Prepare and submit quotations to customers in a timely manner.


Prepare and submit documents required by customers through their respective management systems.


Proactively update customers on order status and shipment schedules.


Maintain accurate and updated records of spare parts price lists for customers.


Coordinate with customers, forwarders and internal departments to fulfil customer orders and ensure timely shipment execution.


Prepare and submit documentation to assist customers with customs-related queries.


Work closely with internal teams to manage customer issues and support solution implementation.




Requirements:


Degree or Diploma in any relevant discipline.


At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, order processing or quotation support.


Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for a senior position with higher remuneration.


Able to support after-hours work when operationally required.
