Warehouse Assistant (Inventory & Spare Parts)

Location: Tannery Lane (3 bus stops from Aljunied MRT)

Working Hours: 5 days , Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

Salary: Up to $3,100 basic + AWS + 14 days annual leave

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Maintain an organized and well-managed warehouse.

Pick and pack spare parts for technicians and customer orders.

Manage delivery order sign-outs and supporting documentation.

Use spare parts manuals to identify the correct components.

Receive palletized deliveries and move goods using a pallet jack.

Verify incoming quantities and store inventory in designated locations.

Maintain inventory records and monitor stock replenishment requirements.

Track machine serial numbers and model-specific spare parts accurately.

Assist with administrative duties and computer-based inventory records.

Build positive working relationships with technicians, drivers and visitors.

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and inventory processes.

Develop product knowledge to support customers and internal teams.

Requirements

Secondary education, NITEC or equivalent.

Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics or spare parts operations will be an advantage.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Able to work independently and manage warehouse tasks with minimal supervision.

Good attention to detail when handling SKUs, quantities and documentation.

Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment.

Able to perform picking, packing, movement of boxes and occasional stair climbing.

Willing to support occasional weekend or after-hours parts collection (approximately once every two months). Time off in lieu will be provided.
