Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Rotating Schedule (3-4-3-4 Pattern)
Alternate weekly shift arrangement:
Wed – Sat / Thu – Sat
OR
Sun – Tue / Sun – Wed
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and manage shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and related paperwork
Coordinate shipment arrangements with courier partners, freight forwarders, and transport providers
Schedule and follow up on pickups and deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment
Monitor shipment status and provide regular delivery updates to customers
Ensure orders are accurately packed, labelled, and processed according to requirements
Handle customs clearance and export documentation when required
Monitor shipping costs and maintain accurate shipment records
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations
