Job Description

Responsibilities :- 

• Provide sales and administrative support to Sales Department

• Assist in the preparation and submission of project tenders and sales quotations

• Generate daily Purchase Order to supplier, Quotation to clients

• Respond effectively and efficiently to customer’s inquiries

• Assisting in compilation of catalogues and presentation slides

• Organize and minute sales meetings

• Maintain and upkeep of database and documentation

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements :- 

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level and above

• At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Able to work independently with min supervision

• Positive attitude and good personality
