Admin Cum Sales Coordinator Required in Singapore

Job Description :- 

- Preparation of Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices

- Arrange for customers’ delivery and service schedule

- Packing of products

- Annual Stock Take

- Handle sales inquiries and activities

- Timely follow up with customers for supply of consumables

- Ad hoc duties as required by Superior

Requirements :- 

- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice

- Good attitude, patient, carefulness and polite

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Minimum education GCE 'O' level qualification

- Minimum one year of relevant working experience

- Proactive with strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Workplace at Upper Paya Lebar

- Bilingual in English and Chinese

- 5.5 working days per week
