Must know to read and speak Mandarin and basic English!
Responsibilities :-
• Assist the sales team in preparing sales invoices and delivery orders
• Manage customer accounts and process orders
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails related to orders
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :-
• SPM or equivalent qualification
• Basic English and ability to speak Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication skills and ability to organize tasks
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Punctuality at work, and no use of handphones during working hours
