Responsibilities:
Retail Sales (Gold / Jewellery) x10
Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.
Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store.
Answers incoming calls as per operations standard.
Handle enquiries and respond to customers’ feedback in professional manner.
Retails sales jewellery.
Proactively utilize strategic selling and customer excellence skills to achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KP
Maintain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure stocks are displayed and merchandised in a timely and attractive manner at all times.
Requirements:
GCE ‘N’ Level or above
With sales experience preferably in retail jewellery industry, accessories or luxury brands.
Presentable, pleasant and outgoing.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Conversant with English and Mandarin; Cantonese, Hokkien, Bahasa Malaysia and other foreign languages are definite advantages (to serve customers of different nationalities)
