Job Description

Position           : Inside Sales Coordinator

Location           : Bedok

Working hours      : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : 9am to 5pm (flexi staggered hours)

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4700 + AWS +  flexible benefits + Insurance coverage for employee.

Duration           : Permanent

Industry           : Projector and AV products

 


Main Responsibilities:


 


Provide responsive and professional support to South-East Asia and Japanese clients. 

Establish and maintain good relationship with clients (end users and integrators/resellers/distributors) through proactive communication while demonstrating courteous and knowledgeable service.

Support and participate in negotiating prices and delivery times to conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.

Maintain constant interface with internal departments (locally and globally).

Keep up to date in knowledge of company products and services, and the

application of relevant company programs.

Support in the generate leads through prospecting a targeted database and effectively transitioning them into sales opportunities.

Maintain and upkeep of CRM system for South-East Asia and Japan regions.

 


Requirements:


 


Degree or Diploma in Business Studies

With at least 2-3 years of relevant experiences in Customer Services and Sales Support Administrative functions, including working for Japanese electronics industry,

Knowledge of JD Edwards and CRM system would be an added advantage.

Fluency in Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 (advanced and fluent) is essential 

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
