Sales Admin Assistant Required in Singapore


Job Description

Sales Admin Assistant (Simple Duties/Guidance Provided) – Up to $3,000 + AWS  

Location: Lower Delta Road (2 Bus Stops from Tiong Bahru MRT) 

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 8:30am to 5:30pm 

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + AWS + Medical Benefits + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus 

Duration: Permanent 

Industry: General Contractor  

 


Responsibilities: 


Corresponding with customers to follow up on quotations, sales orders and address any issues or concerns

Processing sales orders received from customers or sales representatives

Providing administrative support to the sales team by liaising with sub-contractor/ suppliers on quotation requests

Updating and maintaining and updating customer and sales databases

Updating part list on a regular basis to ensure listing are up to date

Addressing customer complaints or issues related to sales orders, deliveries, or product inquiries, and working with relevant stakeholders to resolve them promptly

Other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager

 


Requirements: 


Minimum of Nitec Administrative or any relevant field with at least 1 year of working experience. 

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook etc 

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin
