Sales Coordinator
Location: Geylang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the backup point of contact between key account executives and clients, stepping in to assist clients when the primary contact is unavailable
Assist in managing client accounts, including processing orders, resolving inquiries, and providing customer service
Coordinate meetings, submission , and site setup arrangements for key account executives
Liaise with relevant departments if required
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
Minimum 'O' Level and 1 year of administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
