Indoor Sales Executive (Telesales Officer)


Leading German Cable technology


Duration: 6 months convertible


Working Location: West, Corporation Road


Working hours: 08.30am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)


Job Duties


Achieve allocated individual/Country’s assigned Industry segment/account Sales Target as well as organize, plan, and manage the telesales activities of our client's product.

To manage Indoor Sales tasks and support the Country’s Outdoor Sales Personnel in the execution of their assigned responsibilities.

Ensuring a smooth operation of the Country’s sales support and customer care scope.

To manage and monitor customer and product information in the SAP database.

To manage and ensure the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM – C4C) is used as per Company’s guidelines and policies.

Conduct sales by prospecting, qualifying and generating sales via tele-selling activities.

Manage Telemarketing and proactive contact of existing and potential customers.

Manage requests for information and online presentations.

To identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales process.

Provide commercial and technical collaboration with Sales team whenever required.

Create and maintain fair, democratic, and good working environment with all team members.

Requirements


Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or diploma qualification

Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in Indoor Sales and/or Customer Service Roles

Good communication skills

Knowledge of Incoterms

Computer literate, proficient in MS Office applications

Working knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules will be an added advantage
