Sales Manager (Timber Door/Construction) – Up to $7,000
Location : Island Wide | Office at Woodlands Industrial Park
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9.30am - 6.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7,000 + Variable Bonus + Travel Allowances + OT Payable + Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves/Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
To pursue new sales opportunities and will be responsible for managing budgets, strategic planning, leading teams, risk management, and driving process improvement initiatives.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, expansion, and market penetration within the timber door trade industry
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Manage and monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are met
Lead and mentor a diverse team to achieve operational goals and objectives
Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure smooth business operations
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, suppliers and industry partners
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Proven track record of minimally 3-5 years of sales experience in relevant field
Familiar with BCA Regulations
Bilingual in English or Mandarin to liaise with clients who can only speak Mandarin
