Job Description

Inside Sales Executive (ORDER PROCESSING)

Location           : Near Somerset MRT

Working hours      : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : 9am to 6pm (2-3 days work from home after probation)

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4200 + AWS + 14 days Annua Leave

Duration           : Permanent

Industry           : Manufacturer of stainless steels and alloys

 



Main Responsibilities:


 


Process inquiries and enter customer orders

Develop positive and productive relationship with assigned accounts and serve as point person/expert on specific customers’ needs

Provide customer service for accounts and interact with customers via email, fax and telephone

Monitor and assist in maintenance of general and custom and market inventory and make appropriate recommendations to Manager and Outside

Sales person.

Maintain effective working relationship with Outside Sales person and all other cross-functional personnel

Adhere to all company policy, procedures and work rules

Perform special assignments as required


Requirements:


Diploma/Degree in Business/Engineering is preferred.

SAP or ERP experience will be a added advantage

Experience/knowledge in dealing with Industrial/Engineered Products will be an added advantage

Minimum 2years relevant work experience preferred

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
