Regional Sales Manager (Must be from Electrical Wiring Manufacturing Industry) - Up to $12k

 Location : Joo Seng Road (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng MRT - 13 minute walk)

 Working hours : 5 days a week - Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 5.30pm

 Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross $12000 (Basic up to $10,000  + Sales Commission + AWS + Transport allowance (corporate card)

 Duration : Permanent

 Industry : Leading manufacturer of utility and electrical solutions 

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and maximize opportunities in APAC's High Tech, clean energy, semiconductor, and healthcare sectors.

Identify and build relationships with key end-users and business partners.

Manage regional projects, coordinating with end-users, EPC contractors, OEMs, and distributors.

Establish and expand distribution channels via channel partners, EPC contractors, and OEMs.

Provide training and support to end-users, EPC contractors, and distributors.

Inform product, management, and technical teams of market requirements and product needs.

 Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree preferably engineering; with specialization in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience within a similar role.

 Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the electrical industry, with a focus on Electrical Wiring Devices preferred.

 Regional experience in Asia is necessary.

 Familiarity with the Asian market dynamics and customer preferences in the electrical sector.

 Experience in Structured Cabling sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

 Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
