Job Details:

• Location: Central

• Salary: Up to $3300 Basic + $250 Allowance for Saturday/PH + 1 Month Completion Bonus

• Duration: 1 Year (Renewable/Convertible)

• Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm and Saturdays/PHs 9am to 3pm (when rostered)

(Closed on international PHs such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year etc.)


Job Scope:

• Handle and process 60 to 80 quotations and sales orders within the stipulated target time

• Respond to 300 enquiries from customers via emails and web chat in a prompt, courteous and professional manner

• Process claims that arise from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise with regards to customers’ orders

• Encouraging customers to order online through the e-commerce store


Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level Qualification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer’s enquiries

• Comfortable with manual keying of orders/information into system

• Immediate availability will be an added advantage

• Comfortable with OT (1-2hrs per day) only when there is high volume

• Comfortable to work on Saturdays & PH (half day) when rostered
