Sales Coordinator


Job Description

Highlights:


5 days work week


Normal office working hour


Location: Central Area


Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)


Responsibilities:


Coordinate & processing of related sales matters; preparing DO, sales invoices.


Experience dealing with customers, creating quotations and invoices, and coordinating delivery dates.


Understanding of B2B (corporate sales).


Process sales orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.


Requirements:


Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics.


Experience using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).


Working with a multinational team.


Build trust with customers.


Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and work independently.


Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.


Ability to respond to sudden changes and problems.
