Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage clients, delivering an elevated luxury experience at every touchpoint
Share expert product knowledge and brand storytelling to inspire client purchases
Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through strong client engagement and upselling
Build and nurture long-term client relationships via clienteling and follow-ups
Support day-to-day boutique operations, including stock management and VM
Job Requirements:
1-2 years of retail or luxury hospitality experience (luxury fashion/jewelry/watch background a plus)
Strong passion for luxury brands and customer service excellence
Results-driven, proactive, and motivated to exceed sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished presentation
