Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide appropriate HR solutions
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary administration
Handle work pass applications and related documentation for foreign employees
Provide guidance on employment regulations and support compliance with applicable labour laws and guidelines
Administer employee benefits and compensation programmes
Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for internal stakeholders
Requirements
Relevant experience in an HR Specialist or HR Generalist role
Good understanding of employment regulations and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with stakeholders across different levels
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. QuickHR or similar platforms) and basic data analysis
Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
